During the World Cup in Italy ’90 the modernization works of the urban road brought to light the remains of a Roman necropolis and a stretch of the Via Postumia. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of this important historical event for the city of Verona, and not only, an exhibition entitled “World Anniversary Italy ’90 – The discovery of the Roman necropolis” illustrated to tell the discovery was realized. On December 22, 2020,a preview of the exhibition will be presented, postponed in its preparation and access to the public in compliance with the rules of the COVID-19 emergency.
