Hangjun Fu
Ph.D. student at the University of Florence and research fellow at the University of Pavia, he graduated in Building Engineering-Architecture with a thesis entitled “Parametric modeling processes for the management and development of the archaeological museum of the Central University of Pavia”, supervisor Prof. Sandro Parrinello. Since 2017 he has participated in national and international research activities, seminars, and workshops organized by the DICAr – Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the University of Pavia, deepening the issues on developing parametric modeling protocols and 3D printing based on Scan to BIM process for the documentation and representation of sites of historical and monumental interest.
His research deals with modeling systems and the relationships between digital models and real 3D printed models with the definition of H-BIM modeling protocols for the representation, virtualization, and use of the built heritage.
