Sandro Parrinello
Full Professor in the academic discipline of Representation of Architecture at the University of Florence. We was scientific director of DAda-Lab research laboratory from 2016 to 2023. PhD in Representation and Survey Sciences with the title of European Research Doctor. Since 2012 he has been visiting professor at Perm National Research Polytechnic University (Russia) and in 2015 he received an honorary degree from the State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture in Odessa (Ukraine). Since 2005 he has been a member of UNESCO Red List Forum with the title of expert; in 2011 he was appointed Expert and Voting member as referent for Italy, to the international scientific committee ICOFORT (ICOMOS International Scientific Committee on Fortifications and Military Heritage). In 2016 he was Visiting Professor at Cracow Polytechnic University (Poland) and in 2017 he obtained the National Scientific Qualification as First Level Professor. He is director of Laboratory DAda Lab. and of joint laboratory “Landscape Survey & Design” of University of Pavia. He is responsible for numerous national and international research projects, member of editorial committees of international scientific series and journals and he has organized numerous international conferences on the subject of heritage documentation.
